Searching around on the web for information on what sorts of apples are used for making caramel apples, I found the site of Best Dressed Apples. They're so yummy looking! I guess I'm a gourmet food freak. :)

(I now will add this to the list of net foods I have, in case I ever want to copy the person from the Globe magazine and have a party in which all the foods were ordered online.)

These are actually a traditional xmas desert for my family, my mother knows a place in cambridge that sells them. one feeds 5 people or so.

evidently bloomingdales in the chestnut hill mall has them, (or a simaler brand, actually) but only durning xmas season
