ARGHHHH!!!
They've already tried to throw in extra stuff that we don't want (I swear, it's like being in a market and haggling for a rug, and the seller saying, "Here, I'll give you a cow too.") They don't have any other offers in or they'd tell us to try and get us to increase the price (as they already lied about that once). We're offering a fair price. We're willing to negotiate (and take more jerking around than we should). Damn you, stupid sellers - I like this house!!! I swear this is why the house has been on the market twice in the past year and failed to sell.
They'll probably call back even though our offer has expired - I hope they do. If they don't, we're back to where we started. Again.
