(Blast, I'm stuck inside listening to network "it's never our fault" people decide that it may actually be their problem that 1) there are lots of PUSH / ACKs and 2) the PUSH / ACKs are disappearing, along with many many other packets, somewhere in their ether. I'm so glad I don't actually own any ether. I would say HA! except that would be tempting fate, so I won't.)
Anyway, it's all strangely amusing except I could not go chase the ice cream truck. Run while you can, little truck. I will get you, oh yes I will.
