weekend insanity

whispercricketTo anyone hoping to hear from me this weekend (LJ comment or e-mail response) - I have been so flat-out insanely busy since about 2pm Friday that I've only been able to skim incoming content. I'll try really, really hard to catch up soon.
What was so busy? Friday was work stuff (already posted about that), then gym, then collapse. Saturday was gym (Pilates - I was such a fool to sign up for the 9am class) and then gaming for 12 hours including travel time (Ralendor). Today was house searching (had to get up early and look in paper, then go out and see places), bits of shopping for office supplies and nonessentials like milk and bread, and beginning work on culling and organizing my masses of papers.
I have not been able to allow myself to sleep past 9 am for two weeks, and that late only because I can't bear to force myself awake any earlier on Sundays (must get up then in hopes of getting through the real estate section by 11). For some people this is normal, but I'm much more of a night person, and therefore subconsciously believe going to sleep before 11 at night is something to do only when sick (my parents are this way too - I'm not even going to start debating whether this is nature or nurture). Tired, tired me.
Housing update - saw a nasty cheap house in Woburn and two okay ones in a part of Framingham that we don't want to consider. Had a nice discussion with buyer's broker and will probably start considering 2-family places more seriously (hadn't been looking at them at all so far with him). He said we had about a 30% chance of finding something that would work for us in an area we like for a single family, which actually isn't that discouraging to me. Whatever happens, happens.
