whispercricketI figured out what happened to my Columbia House DVDs. They tried to send them to Brockton. Brockton!!??!! I asked the customer service representative what the zip code is there, and it's nothing like the zip code where I am. I could understand it if they had transposed two numbers, but this doesn't make any sense.
I'm guessing that the post office returned the boxes, because they actually had the right street address part, or if my address does exist somehow in Brockton, the people there were honest enough to return the items, because they way I figured this out (besides not actually getting my packages) was by checking my credit card statement and seeing lots of little credits... (ooh, run-on sentence)
This wouldn't have taken so long if CH didn't refuse to consider that a package could have gone astray until a month has gone by. At least the CSR was really nice and is sending out my redone enrollment package via UPS Ground instead of media mail (although with my luck, my package will have been rolled on by a UPS truck and not contain the right dvds). I will *never* order by phone again, even if that is the only way to get Cirque Du Soleil dvds as enrollments.
