dvds for sale
May. 21st, 2004 10:11 amI'm trying to make space by actually getting rid of discard dvds. I don't feel like dealing with eBay, and I was going to mail them to DigitalEyes, but I figured it was worth checking first to see if anyone I know wants anything I'm getting rid of. I've tried to price under the DigitalEyes trade-in price, but please let me know if you'd like to buy something but think it's overpriced (I hate pricing things). Also, to be fair, I've tried to mention if better versions are or will be available. To the best of my knowledge, all of these discs are in fine condition, and I'm happy to allow disc testing.

Date: 2004-05-21 01:49 pm (UTC)It's Eva Renewal, except without the movies because those were licensed by a different company. I haven't watched Eva since a marathon in college, and considering some screenshots of the difference, I decided that I wanted to upgrade. Were the other discs fine? Yes. Were they cheaper? Absolutely. Are the new discs better enough to warrant an upgrade? In my opinion, yes, and while I may not see much of a difference on my current TV, I will upgrade someday.
I do feel sorry for the people who bought the Director's Cut episodes though, and now need to decide what they want to do - if I had done so, it would have been a much less straightforward decision for me.
